My order is late. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for lost or late packages. Once the package leaves our facility, it is no longer in our control. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you agree to third-party package delivery. Please reference the tracking number on your emailed purchase receipt to locate your package and contact the carrier if necessary.
